There is a ten day money back guarantee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We must be contacted by e-mail within ten days of you receiving the jewelry.
All items returned must be in the same condition as to when they were received,
for refund. Custom and special orders are non-refundable. If there is a problem with
items damaged in shipment we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your
shipment, otherwise we are not responsible. All returns must be shipped back with
proper packaging and insured with delivery confirmation.
